"FREE SHIPPING" Exceptions: Orders outside of the contiguous United States are not eligible for the "FREE SHIPPING" offer. With the exception of freight delivery of heavy basses, bass cases, cellos and cello cases, BestStudentViolins.com does not charge shipping fees for items within the continental U.S., including APO or FPO shipping. A $10.00 surcharge is applied to shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. Shipping to Canada is usually affordable, but is not included in the "FREE SHIPPING" offer.
Shipping to Western Europe and the UK: Shipping of violins, violas and cases to Western Europe and the UK is normally around $82.00. Customer billed separately via PayPal. For heavier freight, please contact customer service if you would like us to calculate shipping fees for you. We will need the item(s) you would like to purchase and your exact shipping address (street address, city, state, country, zip code, phone number).
Shipping to Eastern Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Africa and the Middle East: Tariff fees to these locations can be quite high. Shipping a violin case to New Zealand (for example) is around $360.00. Shipping to Australia is a bit more reasonable. Please provide us with the complete address in order to determine shipping fees.
Shipping to Asia: Shipping is free to the Yamato Transport Office in Los Angeles, California, and is handled through their office. Shipping fees from the Yamato Transport office in California to locations in Asia will be collected by Yamato upon delivery. Yamato currently ships to Japan. Sorry, we currently do not ship to Singapore, Indonesia and North or South Korea due to tariff restrictions. Yamato has informed us they may be shipping the small item shipping, such as our products, to South Korea and Taiwan in the near future. We will post this service when it's available.
Shipping to Central and South America: Unfortunately, shipping costs to Mexico and countries in South America are prohibitively high, and not cost effective for the customer. Your best bet would be to have item(s) shipped to a friend or family member in the US and have them bring it to you, next time they visit.
